Our items are handmade, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or size are part of their unique character. Workshop and tour availability may vary based on season, demand, or safety regulations.

Cancellations for tours and workshops must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.

We ship internationally, but customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes where applicable.
